Participation
is mandatory for both categories of Distinguished Government Department
and Distinguished Division and for one of the remaining categories
of Administrative Excellence. It is also mandatory for two categories
of Employee Excellence and optional for the remaining categories of
the Program.

Each concerned
department nominates a division/team/initiative/project or an employee
to each category of the Program.
|
|
The
same division, team, initiative, project or employee shall not be
nominated for two consecutive years. This is meant to give the other
divisions, teams, initiatives, projects and employees equal opportunities
for nomination to the program categories.
